AIA Knee Pain Health Talk by Dr Yoong Chee Seng

𝐃𝐫. 𝐘𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐞 𝐒𝐞𝐧𝐠 from Singapore Paincare Center conducted a health talk with AIA on Saturday, 11 April, where he shared valuable insights on knee pain with over 30 attendees. The session covered common causes of knee pain, from wear-and-tear conditions, symptoms and red flags of knee pain, and how can knee pain be treated.

Dr Yoong also emphasised the importance of early diagnosis and personalised treatment, highlighting how timely intervention can help prevent further knee joint deterioration.
