Dr. Jeffrey Loh

With nearly 20 years of medical experience, Dr. Jeffrey Loh specialises in chronic disease management, pain care, and men’s health.

Experience spans multiple hospital departments, including respiratory medicine, obstetrics and gynaecology, orthopaedics, accident and emergency, and neurosurgery. Four years with the National Healthcare Group Polyclinics involved managing the asthma clinic and minor procedure clinics. During the SARS outbreak in 2003, Dr. Loh played a key role in the SARS Intensive Care Unit at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
Joining DR+ Medical & Paincare Marsiling (formerly Lian Clinic) in 2006 as a primary care physician, Dr. Loh has developed expertise in chronic disease management, pain management, minor surgery, and men’s health. Accredited as a Family Physician by the Singapore Medical Council in 2012, he is also a Designated Workplace Doctor for the Ministry of Manpower.
Dr. Lim Kah Meng
Independent Non-Executive Director
With over 20 years in life science research, Dr. Lim Kah Meng specializes in oncology, infectious diseases, and biomedicine.
Dr. Lim Kah Meng has dedicated over 20 years in the life science research field, including 2 years as a research scientist at Singapore’s government-funded A*Star research institute and a post-doctorate attachment at the University of Minnesota, USA. Dr. Lim obtained a Ph.D. in Biomedicine from the National University of Singapore in 2002. His work involved cell growth, regulation in cancer, infectious diseases, and biomedicine product development. As an entrepreneur, Dr. Lim started Gene Oasis Pte. Ltd in 2001, one of Singapore’s first branded biotechnology companies.
Mr. Wong Yee Kong
Independent Non-Executive Director
With over 30 years of experience in equities, banking, finance, investments, and healthcare, Mr. Wong specializes in M&A and strategic planning.
Appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 11 April 2024, Mr. Wong brings extensive expertise in M&A transactions, funding exercises, strategic planning, and business development across multiple geographies. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide and is a Chartered Accountant (Australia).
Over his career, he has held key leadership roles in both healthcare and investment sectors, including:
- General Manager, Raffles Medical Group Ltd. (2017–2018)
- President, Healthway Medical Corporation Ltd. (2016)
- CEO, Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd. (2014–2016)
- Group Vice President, Business Development & Strategy, Parkway Holdings Ltd. (2007–2009)
- Senior Vice President of Investments, Khazanah Nasional Bhd. (2005–2007), where he established its healthcare division
Mr. Kenneth Sheah
Independent Non-Executive Director
A doctor specializing in radiology, he co-founded Lifescan Imaging and Orthopaedic MRI and joined as Independent Director in 2025.
Dr Sheah graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the Imperial College School of Science, Technology and Medicine. He is a radiologist by specialisation, with a Masters of Medicine from National University of Singapore and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists, UK. He was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 06 January 2025.
Over his career, he has held key leadership roles in both healthcare and investment sectors, including:
- Medical doctor specializing in radiology, working in both restructured hospitals and private radiology clinics since returning to Singapore in 1999.
- Founding team member of Lifescan Imaging (acquired by Singapore Medical Group) and Orthopaedic & Hand MRI (exited via private buyout); involved in multiple private start-ups.
- Completed an Executive Education Programme on Mergers & Acquisitions (Imperial College) and a Directors’ Masterclass (Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants).
