Professional Biography

Dr Halim is an Anaesthesiologist and pain medicine practitioner based in Indonesia, currently practicing at RSUD Blambangan in Banyuwangi. He completed his specialist training in Anaesthesiology at Airlangga University Surabaya and subsequently undertook Fellowship in Interventional Pain (FIP) training at the same institution. He also holds advanced international credentials in interventional pain medicine, including Fellow of Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP), Certified Interventional Pain Sonologist (CIPS) and Fellow of International Sonoguide Pain School (FISPS). He is actively involved in continuing medical education and has served as faculty in regional anaesthesia and interventional pain workshops in Indonesia. His professional interests include interventional pain management, regenerative medicine, regional anaesthesia and and the application of these techniques to improve pain management across acute, perioperative and chronic-pain settings.
