Mr. Wong was appointed Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company on 11 April 2024.
- He advises healthcare and start-up clients with M&A transactions, funding exercises, strategic planning and business development, across multiple geographies.
- Mr. Wong was General Manager for Raffles Medical Group Ltd. from 2017 to 2018, President of Healthway Medical Corporation Ltd. in 2016, CEO of Pacific Healthcare Holdings Ltd. from 2014 to 2016, and Group Vice President, Business Development & Strategy at Parkway Holdings Ltd. from 2007 to 2009.
- He was also Senior Vice President, Investments for Khazanah Nasional Bhd. from 2005 to 2007, where he started its healthcare division.
- Mr. Wong graduated with a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Adelaide, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia.
