Daryl Li

Daryl’s philosophy is to ensure optimal recovery of his client by first reducing the pain by using the highest quality medical equipment, evidence-based techniques and then quickly restore normal function with prescribed exercises.
Daryl received his bachelor’s in Health Science (Physiotherapy) from Auckland University of Technology in 2009. He is the founder and director at Ready Fit Physiotherapy, which is a subsidiary of Singapore Paincare Holdings limited, a listed company on SGX. He oversees 2 clinics which are located in Binjai Park and Marina Square Mall.
As a principal physiotherapist, he is a trailblazer in musculoskeletal and pain specialties. He is also competent and experienced in treating national-level Singapore athletes. He is among the first few physiotherapists in Singapore to be awarded a certified Tranferencia Electica Capacitiva Resistiva (TECAR) practitioner. Daryl is also a certified Advanced Practitioner in Dry Needling and serves as one of the instructors in the Global Education of Manual Therapists. He is a member of the Allied health professional council, professional board under the Ministry of Health.
Apart from his clinical interest – Daryl is a keen recreational sportsman, guitarist, and singer.
